What runs here

Cloudflare, as the web host, handling the ordinary request data any host handles, including IP address, to serve pages and block abuse.

Cloudflare Turnstile, when the contact form is live, to separate people from bots. It is designed not to follow users across sites.

Nothing else. No analytics, no advertising or social pixels, no session recording, no call tracking script on the page. If that changes, this page changes first.

What we collect

Through the form: name, phone number, the town and problem selected, any message typed, the page it was sent from, and the consent tick. We do not ask for your address, email, income or anything about your household.

Through a call: calls to the number here route through CallRail, which connects and records them and logs the calling number, time and duration. That is what the recorded notice tells you at the start. Since no tracking script runs on these pages, nothing links your browsing to your call.

Who receives it

• One independent roofing company, so they can contact you.
• CallRail, for calls.
• Cloudflare, as host and for the spam check.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not supply it to data brokers or ad networks.

How long

Form submissions deleted within 400 days. Call recordings follow the retention configured in CallRail, which is a rolling window rather than indefinite.

Your choices

Write to info@kingstonlakeroofing.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We apply the same process to everyone who asks, wherever they live.

If you would rather a call was not recorded, say so when it connects or use the form instead.

Children

Not aimed at children; we do not knowingly collect anything from under 18s.

Changes

Material changes move the date at the top.
